Exhibitor Registration

Welcome to B2B 2012. Reserving a booth couldn’t be any easier. Please fill out this form accordingly and return upon your earliest convenience. Remember, booth spaces are reserved on a first come, first serve basis so don’t delay!

Step 1: Print off a contract/application for exhibit space.
Step 2: Review the floor plan and select your ideal locations, or if you need more assistance please contact us at crinck@economicgrowth.org

Step 3: Once you have decided on a space, filled out the appropriate paperwork, and cut a check, please fax your completed contract in to (207) 784-0161 or email crinck@economicgrowth.org along with the appropriate payment.

Once you mail, email, fax, hand deliver, or call in your exhibitor registration form with proper payment, we will process your paperwork and add you to the “first come, first serve” sheet.

Steps to Secure Your Exhibit Space for B2B 2012: Review the floor plan online. Print off and complete an exhibitor contract. Return the contract to the Lewiston-Auburn Economic Growth Council via fax at (207) 786-4412 or email crinck@economicgrowth.org. All contracts cancelled before 11:59:59 p.m. May 3rd, 2012 will receive a 50% refund. All contracts cancelled after 12:00:00 a.m. May 4thwill not be subject to reimbursement. Please complete the processing information on the contract, or mail in a company check within 10 days of contract submission. Contracts that do not have payments after 10 days will not be processed and the booth location will be returned to the available booth inventory.
