Here is what you need to know prior to the trade show
Some Basics:
Show Hours: Thursday, June 14th, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You must have your booth staffed at all times during show hours.
Setup Times: Booth set up begins on Wednesday, June 13, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday the morning of the show between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. All booths must be set up completely by 8:30 am on Thursday, June 14th.
Tear Down Times: You may begin to dismantle your booth right after the show ends, or on Friday, June 15th beginning at 7:00 a.m. Unless special arrangements have been made, all exhibitors must be completely torn down by 7 p.m. on Friday. Exhibitors who have not claimed their booth material by that time will have their contents removed to the dumpster.
Loading Dock: There is a loading dock located at the rear of the building.

Your standard booth package includes:
Booth space consists of a 7’x 8’ space. You are not allowed to exceed this space. All booth spaces will include:
- 7’d x 8’w booth
- 7’ blue back wall and 30” sides
- One 6’ table with blue tablecloth and skirting
- One 110 volt, 5 amp electrical receptacle within six feet of booth wall
- Two chairs
- Identification Sign
In order to expedite set up, it is recommended that you bring your own pull cart or dolly, as this equipment has limited availability and will be shared by many exhibitors attending the show.
